I've been taking a lot of adaptogens and healing herbs that help lower cortisol: ashwagandha and lemon balm, for example. I know how you feel about not knowing where to start. I only have half of my teeth left. I want to get dental implant dentures but can't afford them yet. I think the point is to just get started. Make the phone call/appointment. Put some makeup on. Go for a walk. Make a cup of tea. Eat something nutritious. Make a gratitude list of five things every morning. Whatever it is that you need to do for you to feel good about yourself. These habits will add up and before you know it, you'll be glowing like the sun.✨️☀️✨️
