I am unable to update the OS, In the media file when I open the USB, it doesnt display the PKG file copied from the computer download. When I click Resource restore, it says that back up file is corrupted so it will interrupt with the restore. Is the back up file is from the memory or the printed circuit board. Right now all the keys are working in OS version 2014. Kindly help me to resolve this problem of corrupt back up file
