Yes, it was very thoughtful of you. I’ve been watching these guys since before Ryan had a hundred thousand followers. It seems like I know them but I’m always watching from Panama City Florida,USA. 🇺🇸🦅

Ryan, you are a true stand up boss. Always taking care of your employees when you can just to put a few bucks in their pocket even when you don’t need them. I commend you for that!
Heck yea that’s super rare in the construction world. Maybe it’s like that everywhere but most construction contractors are cheap as dirt and don’t care if you have no work during the winter. This is why I became a mechanic. Cars need fixing year round 😂

@@heyjohnson5535 Sure glad that I never had you as a boss. I've had some pretty bad ones, maybe that's why I've bent over backwards for some guys. We don't know what kind of talks Ryan has had with any of his guys off camera.

I love how good your work looks. I'm a pressure washing contractor in Florida. The work here is horrible most of the time. I just cleaned a driveway that was relatively new. The joints leading to a drain completely missed the corners. They broomed it and left deep gouges down into the aggregate. They had to pour it super wet, because cream was washing off the surface also.
I watch your videos almost daily love the work and adventures! Love the videos on concrete, I drove mixers out in the desert in Southern California and crazy how it gets to cold to pour out there. While in Indio, California we had to put Ice in our drums to keep the concrete just below 90 F. And you guys have funny looking Mixers lol. we pour out the back. xD
