Just came across your channel, what an interesting monument, I wonder who put it there and why! I'm watching from Cyprus - I'm originally from the UK - my Grandfather was Scottish and I've always wanted to visit, he was always talking about it, but I never got a chance to get there, so video's like yours are wonderful to watch.
@@BKR it sure is. When I was a young lass I used to be up at dallbrack all summer there used to be a pony trekking centre there. My dad was blacksmith 👍

Rowan hill great wee view point remember a few years ago got blew aff it thot there was a lnformation stone roond the back think its called the mall monument track to the summit at the end o the public road Saved the heather bashing

Hill of Rowan. Monument was erected by tenants of Lord Dalhousie? There is another monument St Andrew's Tower on path between Millden and Auchentoul.
No panmure owned this land before Dalhousie
