Wow, this is great info that cuts out the middleman. It's not great for everyone because the language barrier and lack of local housings costs/random rules can be an issue, but for savvy travelers and nomads, this is clutch. Thanks!

Not all agents do that, some of them might just leave you after you pay, some might help with the contract as well, I would suggest you also read the contract as well.
