Jason, Great video for all that never used one, I put a hyd. cylinder on mine. Like the info on the bender, all the little parts u never see anywhere else, like the spring back and slack issues. I use Teflon spray lube on the tubing, never have had a slide mark. Great Job. The W.T. on the tube is .120 WT stainless.?
glad to have seen this video. good info. Can I ask if it's difficult to get that 22 degree you got before the second bend? how did you arrived to that number? thanks
Very nice work and how too.......whats the CLR on that die? About to order a bender and those look nice. I plan to do frames and bars with it and don't want such a tight bend that it looks like a plumbers 90 or such a loose CLR that close compounds on bottom tubes are impossible.
Hello Jason. I see one of the two follower blocks (the trailing or lead block ?) is offset in pitch in parallel with the tube . How many degrees is the block pitched ? Also, if You would be so kind, does the height (top of die inner radius) of the die shoulders go past the center line of the tube or do they stop right at dead center of the tube ? PS - Subscribed Brother, like Your videos. Good, confident and fun presentation. Nice work !

Nice and useful video. Can you please tell me the part number of the die you are using?
Hey nice bars! But don't they need those tiny groves so they won't move when they are mounted to the bikes neck?
Great video! dumb question, I'm looking to get one for the same purpose, would I go with the "pipe dies" or "round dies" ?

These bars are welded directly to coped mounting bungs, no knurling needed.
Thanks for posting this video ...
Did you tig, or mig these?
Is that your own handle on that machine
nice work
Great video Thankyou
How much you sell thos for. I just bent my mini ape's on my bike.
how much a 14" will cost?
jason how much your pipe bender?
Why couldnt you do the bars in one tube and just bend both sides?
because the bike clamp would compromise the center. this makes it stronger when you clamp down.
Boa tarde amigo, como xama essa ferramenta
where can I find a blueprint for this+
My only opinion is when you weld I would make a small gap of 16th inch tack 4 sides grind them down then mig weld using stainless wire .
I want to get a large readius bender
La percibo muy complicada, por supuesto es mi opinión.
Saludos.
good day!!! how much this model 3 tubing bender,,

I read not to oil the tube.
You'll want the round "tubing" dies.
