Umm, this kind of restaurant don’t sell Milo, Teh or most of the drinks in kopitiam. Normally we have Chinese tea (tongcha 唐茶)like tikunyum (铁观音)Kokbou (chrysanthemum tea) and etc. Cuz the food actually quite heavy ady, tea is more suitable since they’re refreshing. And yeah, coke is provided since it’s refreshing too.🤣 Normally we’ll order Chinese tea, others depends on the individual. Lastly, the dishes they ordered goes well and better with white rice. Fried rice normally will be eaten together with fried noodles like Hokkien mee. Some will put the soy sauce they mention in video and eat together.

@@kayellai5278 Last year we had few tourist that managed to stay in Malaysia for around 1 year(due to covid/MCO)...all of them managed to try many local food. Can look at their vlogs and see them trying out all our unique Malaysian food..you tubers like Koari, Food ranger, I chang, jetlag warriour and even Ken Abroad who s so afraid of seafood did try and end up loving our food. So I guess it s just up to the individual to try it .

@@goosw6070 As A-Train Travels said it, "You have never live a life, if you have not tasted Malaysian food".
The above examples are about tourist, Aki is NOT a tourist, he came here to work. A tourist knows that a tour is NEVER complete until they try the local food. Even local tourist who travel to Kelantan, must try ayam percik. An expatriate who comes here to work, is only concern to finish their contract and go home. They are here to work. A complete different mndset.

I feel like Koreans are like Asian Italians. The way they determine whether they like the food or not is also similar, it depends on whether the food is similar to food from their home country or not 🤣

Quite surprised to see familiar restaurant popping up again in your channel, after your video about the fried kueh teow at 8888 restaurant. I often visit these two places.
Perhaps you want to try out some Sarawak Chinese breakfast food - Sarawak Laksa, Kueh Chap and Kolomee. There's a stall in Ara Damansara selling these dishes called 'Aunty Lan Sarawak Deli' in I-Tea House.
Sarawak Laksa is being describe as "Breakfast of Gods" by the late Anthony Bourdain when he visited Sarawak, which is located in Borneo Island together with Sabah. Enjoy~
