Chatsworth has a magnificent garden, worthy of the House. Sad though the weather was not as attractive as the location. Our favourite area is the rock garden.
Hi Ivor we tried to get round most of the garden but had to miss a little at the top. The rock garden is really amazing. They have the landscape to work with which helps . Hope you are well best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤
Oh no look how rainy it is darn english weather but you do not let it dampen your spirits and the gardens look really lush like they are enjoying the drinking of the rain! Beautifully captured this guys, really enjoyable! Have a great week ❤

I've seen 'Chatsworth House' in books, but seeing it on video is really cool! And the waterfalls, fountains, rock gardens, tropical gardens, and labyrinths you could see in that garden, everything in this video is beautiful. Also, as you can see in the intro, I respect you for trying to shoot in the rain.
Sorry the rain forced you to shorten your visit; still, it was nice to hear you talking, Dave! It was good to see you both doing some of the walks that I've done. (Interesting, also, to see how you react to things that I've reacted to; it adds a different dimension, I think...) Yes, water is certainly an important feature at Chatsworth; I just didn't want it to take centre-stage for you, though! But one positive experience I have is doing open-water swimming there: great fun! (Have you two ever given that sort of thing a go?) I must admit, I felt a little nervous watching you negotiate those rocks at 3:05-3:10, Dawn: they look a little precarious, wouldn't you say?! Finally, I've always felt the horse and water at the end go well together - although he does seem to ignore it!
Thank you Phil yes was a shame we had to cut short the visit it was really chucking it down. We felt like we had been swimming in the end. Neither of us has ever tried wild water swimming, I would imagine that it is very invigorating. Hope you have a great day. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
