Wish I had seen this 1 year Ago!! Beautiful clean strategy, makes total sense, lots of work for sure!!! Would be nice to have averages on expenses when pushing phase 2 and 3 so foudners can raise enough resources to make it happen... overall I get the feeling that the space it,s still a pay to play kinda game, of course guerilla marketing strategies are still effective, but in such a crowded space its hard to make noise! I think Amanda Cassatt had a nice ted talk about that! Keep up the terrific work Leon!
Any tips for someone with close to 0 capital investment? I have been grinding very hard for a few years on a project. Had gone through a few concepts and scratched them, finally settled with one and it's blossoming. Getting close enough to having enough content to start phase 1, but I have no capital to invest. Working full time with kids I barely have the time to put in the project, but I make the time. The wife doesn't know, nor would understand, let alone let me take out a loan or something similar. Any tips would be appreciated. God bless 🙏
I left a comment on a previous video about how to go from nobody to somebody within the space with a reputable team. All the answers are here. Thanks for the information, I’m working on it!
Absolutely mesmerizing! Thanks for the great video Leon. According to your content, I found out how important the 'collab-manager' role is and the 'Ambassadors', But here's a question, what if I am a founder who has ideas/plans/art but without any funds? Are the fund-related positions such as collab manager or ambassador manageble post-mint?
i have been watching your videos since you started your channel and i mean when your twitter profile had a your picture, its really amazing content and i want get in touch with you
really cool content, you deserve much more views and subscribers ! One question though : how do you know your phase 1 is complete, what are the KPIs to say "this guy completed phase 1 in 6 weeks, this guy in 24 weeks..." and so on ?
Leon the value in this one is just... Unmatched. Props to you, man! Shared this video with the founder of the NFT project that I ghostwrite for. I bet you'll be getting a new client pretty soon 👀
@LeonAbboud can you also make a video that have NFT mint in phases maybe 2-3, so a project can generate revenue from the first phase and invest in better marketing for the rest of the collection? This will be helpful for projects with 0 fundings but the idea, art, and creatives for the project are ready. This is something most of the founders struggling with and will help too many people.
Phase 1 should be always tier A. Once communites know that tier A wanted a piece of the pie, all of them will. Once word of mouth is in, then you collab the lower tiers FOR engagement. Usually they're the ones more vocal. Especically when they feel like they had a tier A whitelist. Looking for a collab m with a rich network of tier A is always important. No tier A projects will bite unless the project is REALLY that good, or just like I said - they know the collab manager. If yall got questions hit me up
Nicely recapped. I'd change the 3rd to gains from volatility. Both Fin-Y and ZMoney are rational. But what they base their rational on is different. Z Money has much less cash to deploy then Fin-Y, which means that they don't like locking much of their liquidity in long term bets. Too high of an opportunity cost
This is a MUST watch for anyone looking at launching an NFT project. Leon, your passion amd knowledge continue to stand above the rest. Great job!
I appreciate that John! Thanks for watching since the very early days of this channel being live!
Absolute A tier content man, I was going to say keep it coming but I don't need anything else now😂
Love this! 😂❤️

Does this process apply to selling a collection of 1/1 art collections?

I’m not even in crypto, but recommend to take notes everyone who’s into brand building 100%🔥
This feels illegal to know for free
Hahahaha
