Truly an amazing video, shows you how much Oliver went through more than any other character probably. When he came back to home, reunited with his family & members. However that wasn't really home, as Oliver told Laurel he barebly ate, barebly spoke to anyone etc.. Shows you actually much those 5 years had changed him, turned into someone very cold and could barebly feel any emotions. For sake of doing justice for his father. Meeting Diggle and Felicity made him finally realize whats it like to have friends, people you love who you can trust (his brother-love for Thea) those who he wanted to really protect. Also mentioned Oliver was afraid of dying for those who care about him for many years he didn't care about dying. Makes even worse that Oliver never thought he would have people who would care about him or that he wasn't deserving of "love" (Mentioned to Felicity in season 7) shows how much Oliver changed. In later seasons, Oliver is so much more like human like and not the monster like in season 1 he was and through those 5 years. Shado is 100% one of my favorite characters through-out the show, wish she had gotten more seasons and all, but her ending was also perfect. Slade Wilson 100% was amazing too and the tragic "brothers" (Slade & Oliver) turned to into enemies. In season 8, we get the reveal that Thea would've died If it wasn't Oliver coming back (by drugs or not being able to keep up with the loss of her brother and father) so shows that Oliver coming back truly saved Thea too and helped her mother regain love. Then Laurel, who was the main reason Oliver came back, make things right with her. Although what happens to Laurel later on wasn't deserved, I think Oliver truly helped Laurel regain happiness and all the grief lost through what happend (and Oliver will always hold that Love towards Laurel he had and still has) overall this video explains truly the show well, its so good even re-watching it because you actually realize what happend to Oliver was truly cruel. I think Oliver in season 1's plans was to save the city by dying for it, hence when Tommy dies Oliver says "It should've been me" correct me if i'm wrong though. Crazy how he planned out his return.
Sara Lance and Oliver Queen suffered so much and became real heroes. I wish the show was about them as Green Arrow and Black Canary. Hate how they made it teeny melodrama at some point. I have the feeling that Oliver never forgave himself and never realized what a big hero he is because he surrounded himself with self righteous people like Diggle, Felicity and Laurel who never experienced his things and always judged him or put him on pedestal with big expectations.

@@holdentudiks9390 For a video of this quality, 30 hours seems a little quick or about average. I'm not an editor, but I've worked alongside a lot of editors and from my experience, with a regular setup and someone who doesn't have many years of experience, it's kinda what I would expect, but, the guys who have like multiple keyboards just with macros and a very powerful workstation, I think this could be achieved in half of the time or maybe 65% if they're not very experienced.
@@kaledzarzar453 it’s only taken me that long for high quality 10ish minute videos, but when I go through a show or clips of sports, I make clips of what I want and put them in organized folders so it’s easy to get when I’m adding them in. And usually before I start editing a video I already have an idea of what kinda video I wanna make and what kinda music in mind. Than with adding background noises and voices, than polishing it, it takes me about 6 hours for a sports kinda montage and 10-15 hours for a tribute.
The thing about pain for some why relating to that fictional conception of war within ourselves seems easier for those few is we know the truth compared to those who don’t admit the pain of life
