Your method is wonderful to play with colors and make the painting speak. Do you use in the last layers the colors that are covered by a transparent and what is the brand of your colors? I use Vankoch and Pebeo
glad you like, I paint in transparent layers to create more color variations (underpainting) I use all different brands of paint and am always trying new ones. I do use alot of Winsor Newton. Thanks for watching...MIX
thanks for the nice comment! I mix my paint with an acrylic medium which thins the paint and makes it transparent. Water is bad for thinning and blending, it breaks down the paint and makes it dull and lifeless. Enjoy!
