No, the real reason Nico can defeat them with no deaths is he use the greatest keyblade (Ultima Weapon) with the Combo Boost and Air Combo Boost ability which increase Sora's physical strength the more he sucsessfully deal combo attacks at enemies.

Larxene is the easiest in my opinion I also beat her on my first try (didn't even pop my kupo coin) and surprisingly I beat Terranort and Repliku first time too

It's not Ultima thats an issue, its damage isn't that much higher than the other high level keyblades. It's Kupo Coin
