This is really nice. Inequality is very bad for any nation that wants to move forward because when you educate and empower a girl child/women,you empower a nation. Nice one.

This article is so revealing and insightful. Inequality is a menace that cuts across all sectors in a society. It can easily be said to be one of the "start codons" (in genetic parlance) through which other vices are borne, vices like lack of health access, injustice, nepotism; poor education, unemployment, underemployment; gender inequality, unhealthy biases, the list goes on. Inequality is a plague that needs to be combated using both top-down and bottom -up approaches in both public and private sectors. It begins with awareness and this video article is an excellent piece of advocacy

Not only very well articulated, but very well delivered, and very very true.
Let us not just like this video, but let us come together to kick inequality and his brothers out of our midst, for good.

Inequality of men and women has become a cancer eating deep in to the well being and sustainability of households, Communities and the country. It's actually very sad to see about 50% of intelligent, capable and efficient population being intentionally rendered useless because of cheap norms and society values and fear of women performing better and taking over of the economic and leadership space from men. We shall continue to educate, advocate and demonstrate strength, resilience and leadership capacity of women, and take action on creation of opportunities for women and girls at all levels of the society. Thank you for involving us in this. We appreciate! And we are certainly creating our own tables; since men have refused to allow us a seat at their tables.❤

These spoken words is timely & an excellent one. Inequality in Nigeria is deeply rooted in the political space, while affecting various dimensions, women often face systemic barriers to political participation and representation. A recent example is the case of one male Senator's misogynistic comments towards another female Senator, this shows the pervasive gender biases within Nigerian politics. His dismissive remarks proves how women are marginalized and disrespected in political spaces.
FGM, another violation of women's rights, further highlights gender inequalities that extend beyond politics into social and cultural realms. We need to collectively speak more and louder about women's representation if we want address these issues.

There’s more than enough room for all to thrive. Inequality is a societal construct that needs to be dismantled, and it starts with you and me.
