12.51 according to my point of view....Ravenshaw ko Utkal k saath compare nahin kiya jaa sakta bro in case of maintenance...... Ravenshaw k comparison main Utkal ka campus bahot matlab bahot hi bada hai....isliye itne bade campus ko maintain karna thoda time lagega....Ravenshaw ka campus chota hai....isliye usko achhe tarah se maintain Kiya jaata hai....phir bhi ye clg authority k responsibility hai ki campus ko achhi tarah se maintain kare

Boys k taraf kafi construction kam chal rha hai boundary, lights etc lag rha hai , but girls hostel k taraf ab v andhera hai ,no street lights, but jaldi he girls hostel k taraf v kaam suru hoga ( aisa authority kehte hai , ab hoga ya nahi pata nahi 🤦)
