Tiranosaurus costume making progress

You can already see almost the final stage of creating a dinosaur costume. Initially, there were the following stages: - 3D modeling of the structure, - then the production of dies for foam rubber, - milling of a wooden matrix for the head, - production of the head from plastic by the method of vacuum molding, - design of the frame and development of jaw mechanisms - production of anatomical teeth - production of boots from with scales - making plastic claws - connecting all elements and working out the shape - developing software and mechanisms for the eyes - applying soil and forming the texture of the dinosaur skin - painting - airbrushing - varnishing Next stage - installing electronics and controls... Almost done. A lot of work isn't it? But there are people who are able to turn any fantasy into reality. Isn't that cool?

-3D моделювання конструкції, -потім виготовлення летал для поролону,
-фрезерування дерев'яної матриці для голови, -виготовлення голови з пластику методом вакуумної формовки,
-конструювання каркасу та розробка механізмів щелепи
-виготовлення анатомічних зубів
-виготовлення чобіт з лускою
- виготовлення пластикових кігтів
- з'єднання всіх елементів та відпрацювання форми
- розробка програмного забезпечення та механізмів для очей
-нанесення ґрунту та формування фактури шкіри динозавра
- покраска
-аерографія
-лакування
