I seen that you said your youngest daughter was 26 months. So she is over 2 years old. Just a friendly suggestion you should start potty training her buy a small little seat with the potty on it for her and the older daughter. If you start now it makes it easier for her. I don't know if your oldest is potty trained yet it looks like she peed in her pants. But seriously you should start potty training them. I'm only suggesting add potty trained my children when they were a year and a half and they were finished when they were two years old, and they did great and of course you will have accidents but they learn eventually.

Your child is 26 months not potty trained, I never seen her walk she is constantly held by you or she's on yiur back , your still breastfeeding her and she's just getting bigger, and bigger with the health issues you have why is she not walking or potty trained and you yet still breastfeed her like she's still a newborn and she is not even talking. dont you think its TIME for her to start walking, saying words, being potty trained and most of all getting off the breast it doesn't benefit her anymore just making her gain weight when she needs fruit, vegetables, protein, and nutrition to help her grow.
