I have same problem, I can relate. Its so depressing. I only cry to God because He is the one who understands the pain I am going through. It's been 6months battle with this evil spirits, I have repented, fasted and prayed and still the struggle continues. Every time I break covenant with the demons they keep reinstating it. They give me sleepless nights but still I won't give up. I will keep reminding the Lord and I believe one day I will overcome.
Continue praying without ceasing
Get rid of anything that is termed unclean
Change friends
Avoid isolation
Avoid watching movies that triggers them
Build alters with God
Avoid unnecessary gifts or favours
All this circle around what you are undergoing through
