No. If you understand what she said, she count the money accordingly to its nominal which translated to "1000 yen, 5000 yen" because the money in he hand has not only one same nominal. The other people in the video has all the same one nominal so... Its just her having hard time there. The story must be different if they gave her for example all 1 dollar bank notes.
