hi sometimes that happened because the heat of the oven are not the same. it could be that your oven gets too hot fast that the outside get cooked faster than the inside. try to use oven thermometer. Or maybe you can lower your temperature oven and let the bread bake for additional 10 to 20 minutes. hope that help
