He took my advice from a few yrs ago,scrap the senate and women reps,its just a redundancy plus a huge useless expense that we can't afford. Gender equality is fine and good,but should be done in non elective posts,like cabinet and parastals and such.For elective posts everyone who's eligible can vie for them man or woman,whoever wins was the better candidate. Its not like there was a time in the country when women couldn't run for parliament or presidency, they just need to do better campaigns and everything else will fall in line.
