I work in retail and we had a super morbidly obese customer in store during a fire evacuation. Due to the location of the fire we had limited exits out and the only option was for the customer to go down 6 steps. They were in a scooter and couldnt get down even the 6 steps so we had 1 of 2 options. 1: literally push them down the 6 steps, 2. put them in the fire proof emergency hallway and alert the fire brigade that there was one still inside. Unfortunately we had to go with option 2 but fortunately the fire was under control quickly and the customer got out safely with the help of emergency services. I can only imagine the fear that customer had knowing they were in the middle of an active fire just in a closed hallway waiting to see if rescue would come. As a team member is was the most distressing moment to have to close the door behind that customer and promise to try and get them help as soon as possible. A lot of our team members ended up on leave because of the emotional distress it caused us.
One of my best friends is terrified of heights, and she would NOT be asking for the highest room possible, and if they put her up high, she would never open those blinds😂 amber really just applies real conditions to herself without ANY thought, much less an actual diagnosis. My friend has literally never flown out of town because she's too scared, and the only way out of my hometown, is via boat or plane. Snowflake, let me answer the eyebrow question. She over plucked them so now they’re too far apart, and too thin. She also shaped them like a frown so they’re the wrong shape also for her face. She fills them in most likely from time to time which is why they seem to almost change shape - and when she fills them in they become uh… sperm shaped almost which is also not flattering. Cheers!

I work in retail and we had a super morbidly obese customer in store during a fire evacuation. Due to the location of the fire we had limited exits out and the only option was for the customer to go down 6 steps. They were in a scooter and couldnt get down even the 6 steps so we had 1 of 2 options. 1: literally push them down the 6 steps, 2. put them in the fire proof emergency hallway and alert the fire brigade that there was one still inside.
Unfortunately we had to go with option 2 but fortunately the fire was under control quickly and the customer got out safely with the help of emergency services.
I can only imagine the fear that customer had knowing they were in the middle of an active fire just in a closed hallway waiting to see if rescue would come.
As a team member is was the most distressing moment to have to close the door behind that customer and promise to try and get them help as soon as possible. A lot of our team members ended up on leave because of the emotional distress it caused us.
That's absolutely horrific. Surely that's a wake up call 😢
