17:56 is my favorite moment of season 3 and my favorite moment between Kreese and Tory. Straight Up Palpatine levels of manipulation and i totally respect it. He knows Tory has the Talent, the Drive, and absolutely No Mercy. And i love how he didnt bring her back into the fold through Fear and Intimidation, but he came to her the same way he brought Johnny into the fold which was by coming to them in their moments of Vulnerability and weakness and building them back up and in this case in was so that she could pay rent and take care of her family. And i love the similarity between Daniel/Johnny/Kreese/Robbie/Miguel/Tory when it comes to having no father but also having a relationship with their mother that they still care about.
