Hello Ma’am! I watched all your videos on paper 2. I attempted nearly 5 years of passage 2 for o level English but couldn’t go beyond 16-17/25. I have my paper on Wednesday. What should I do? I am so stressed and anxious😥😥
Hi Akbar, I suggest going through all the papers you have already done, and compare your original answers to the suggested ones to see how you can improve your answers. Then, maybe a few hours and many breaths later (take a few deep breaths to calm yourself and get rid of exam nerves 😛), come back to the questions, apply the strategies I’ve covered in my videos and your comparisons that I mentioned before, and try to answer the questions again. See if you’re able to answer more accurately the second time around. Doing countless practices won’t help if you keep making the same mistakes over again. You need to learn to identify your weak areas and work on improving them. This would mean doing the same practice papers again (after doing some analysis - like what I mentioned at the beginning of this reply) Hope this helps. All the best for your O Level English exams!
I would say harsh is not really the best answer here. If you google the meaning of harsh, it refers to something that is jarring or severe. However, there’s nothing in the text to tell us that her words were harsh. Good try though. Keep up the good work :)
