It took me so long to figure out innersense. I didn't really get it until I went to a curly hair specialist. Soaking wet, YES. And not all products are meant for all curls. If you have really tight curls and you like to elongate, use uncle funky's and then I create hold. OR I create hold followed by The Dieux Mousse def. If you have looser curls, or finer hair, try I create volume gel and I create lift mousse and either prime your hair with their hair love prep spray OR use the spray at the end like a setting spray. You can also pair I create volume with orignal movie pop life mousse. I create lift has a harder hold than pop life, so it's better for summer weather.

I think for gel products to be firm, the hair must be like 20% dry before the product to be put on. I feel like hair that is to wet pushes away the product.
I just bought this, the sweet spirit leave in and a full size mask from innersense. Im a little nervous about using. I have 4ab curls. tight curls and the protein in these products leave me a little reluctant. Did not see the protein issue before. I bought. I also read that those that have been using the line long term have been complaining about hair loss and breakage:(
Tysm I just used this gel for the first time. My most expensive hair profuct yet omg, and i was rlly scared at first bc it didnt give me a cast at all. Now i know i used too little. So thanks haha, i will try it with the right amount when im doing my hair next. ✨
