Why is your driving side the wrong way round?
emily hay i think it's the camera showing things the opposite way as at the beginning if you look out the window it looks as though he is driving on the right hand side, which obviously can't be the case, so it must be his camera?
I'm so confused
when i put my camera on my car mount-tripod thing it films upside down so when i edit i have to rotate, this time i made a boo boo and accidentally mirrored it haha!

To stop bloating try cutting out dairy as i know quite a few people who have done this and its worked. Love your vlogs so much. Congrats to Zoe she has smashed it.❤️

Yes definitely! Meat, dairy and eggs are known for causing bloating. Cutting those out has tremendously helped me, never knew I could feel so good, I'm over the moon! :)
True. Some people develop a lack of the enzyme that processes lactose (sugar in milk-dairy) over the years.
The bacteria in your GI tract tries to compensate for that, which causes bloating.
I just studied that in Biochem :)

I also used to feel really bloated all the time. But I used to eat my food really slow. I mean a yoghurt could take me more than 30 minutes. I'd eat during lectures, watching TH-cam or any series of film so that might be why.
But honestly going on a plant based diet helped me loose the "pouch" and I felt much less bloated.
