Amazon packraft review

I would like their latest model, the Rodeo.
Right now I am using a self bailing Caribou in class IV+ whitewater. It is a light fabric, but seems to be ok in the local rock gardens along the East Slope of the Wind River Mountains. I have to roll up my Hyperlight pack around an inflated pillow and put it in a Sea to Summit drybag, to use as a backrest, but it works well.
That self bailing Caribou is great for backpacking and bike touring. Minus the foot brace, it is a sub six pound whitewater boat that I can roll into an 8" x 8" space, before adding camping gear into the pack.

​@@RiverogueLanderi use the Recon with self draining floor. It is PVC so a little heavier but with the sharp Canadian Shield granite bedrock of most of our rivers i think it's needed.

I wonder how the 2024 Kokopelli XPD would hold up. It is only 12 pounds. Not sure how much lighter of material than the Recon.

@@RiverogueLander the specs say it uses the same 1000d pvc so i dont know how they shed 1 pound.
