Honestly, it's preference but to me, it's worth the 70. Yeah the wheels are trash, but change em' up and that tape as well and you've got a decent set up.

I got the pro deck and I like it a lot Only thing it needs is thinner grip and less grippy wheels and it's perfect. But it's still good how it comes stock
@@Meshhz Yeah I got a cheap prep for 15 but only 30mm . It's nice. I still have a soft spot for my first tech deck but I really love the flatface I have. The pop is fun. I'm older so it's peaceful to do at night after a day of work. I put some money to side and picked up some nice trucks.

Why didn't they go with basic bearing wheels instead of DD? Also did you try upgrading the pivot cups or is it a proprietary design?
I saw a post on facebook where a guy said he used black river pivot cups. i believe he said he had to shape them a little.
So they're not worth it? I'd love to have one just for the memory of when they tried .

Warping?? I never had a performance series warp on me. And I have a handful of them
