I was thinking of using this ointment as I have been suffering from acne and acne scars since a very long time.. the reason for my acne is pcos. However, I did not use this yet as I'm on breastfeeding and thought of using it later. But now i feel that it's not safe to use at any point in time as it may aggrevate my pcos issue. I have kept my pcos under control with my diet and workout but I still have acne scar issue. So could you please suggest a solution.

It acts differently w different people. Some people reported having heavy acne and heavy skin peeling to such an extent that they have to stop it. And so is the heavy menstrual bleeding like the lady above told. So there maybe other side effects too. You just have endure it If you really wanna use this cream. I saw a video where a lady told that in beginning she faced severe side effects..she didn't enlist them for she maybe embarrassed about it. But now she said she uses it daily and she has been using it for 12 years. Beginning is bad for everyone I guess

Plz reply 🙏I have been using 0.025% tretinoin cream and clindamycin & nicotinamide gel for the last 1 month. At first my face was a little dry, but then nothing happened. Hi, recently I have Been To my Dermat for my flat warts and Acne too on my face, He gave my Clyndamycin and Tretinoin GEL(to use it alternate Night ) along with Azythromycin, However it has been only a week Since I have Started to use it but How far Azythromycin in combination with tretinoin is helpfull for flat warts?It does Peel Of my Skin and I apply it on my Complete face😶, however comsuming Azythromycin has Disturbed my bowl moment lately, Is This Something That Happens in the treatment or Should I stop Using Azythromycin?

I would suggest you consult a doctor, however as per my experience with myself and my clients, I won't recommend it to anyone.

We should not use steroids. Once we apply it on face, we have to apply it for lifelong. If we stopped using steroid our skin get worst

Mamta, I understand your concern. But I had such a pathetic experience that honestly I don't want any girl to go through it. 2 hours is enough for the skin to absorb it. You may not necessarily have the same bad experience. For acne scars, there are other options too. Please decide this for yourself dear. I shiver at the pain of my experience, so I can't imagine another girl going through it.

I don't recommend mamaearth.
Dr. Saw a video where it suggested not to pair it with other actives or acids. But i do use salicylic acid face wash and not serum . And on days where I'm not using tretinoin, i use salicylic acid gel on acne area only. Is it fine ?
It depends on how your skin reacts. For some people, this combination may be dry the skin too much So obviously it won't be fine.
Ma'am I have been using retino A 0.05% from 2 weeks. Initially for 2 weeks my skin tolerated it fine, but after 2 weeks terrible acne came on my face at the places I didn't even put this cream on. To note i also had a tremendous amount of stress around the time when acne came. Now i stopped the retino for 4 days, I'm applying clindamycin on those huge acne to subside. Can I start the retino again after acne subsides?

Underarm pigmentation is due to a condition called 'Acanthosis nigricans' and happens due to insulin resistance. Address it internally to get permanent solution.
I don't have pimples so can I used this cream for face for glass skin or mat skin

Not really, but avoid sun exposure while using it. Also keep a track on your cycles for the reasons I have explained above.

How did you clear your skin then if you stopped using tretinoin like what other products you used to clear your acne marks?
Tretinoin was a nightmare. So I used other products (like nia, azelaic etc.). But now I do it all without any products.
