    C O C O A M I X R E C I P E
    1 2\3 c. powdered milk
    1\2 c. granulated sugar
    1\3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    3\4 tsp. powdered vanilla amzn.to/3UhGfE5
    pinch of salt
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. This isn't necessary, but it does result in a smoother, easier to dissolve mix, which is more like the Swiss Miss packets. Store in airtight container like a canning jar. Use 2-3 Tbsp. of cocoa mix in a mug of almost boiling water. Stir well. For added creaminess, add a splash of milk or cream, if desired. This is very yummy and perfect for cold mornings.

Thank you, thank you, thank you…every time I buy, use or snack on cranberries I say thank you. I am a diabetic so as you know cranberries aren’t exactly the best choice for me fruit wise but I just adjust for them. I see equipment, lots and lots of equipment, and know how much you have invested in this business so I will NEVER complain about the cost of buying this very versatile fruit or how much you might make financially, just so grateful the good Lord keeps you harvesting those beautiful cranberries. If you announce one day that Warren is retiring, I do hope someone steps up otherwise I WILL CRY! Who else will take us on midnight ride alongside or stand in front of a garage with a grandchild in tow to give us all things harvest related? I am very aware that you are only giving us snippets of your life on the farm Jennifer but I do appreciate all you give to this vlogging. The littles are growing, both yours and your grandchildren but I have to admit that I always get a chuckle at the antics of dear sweet Joe. Congrats on another harvest and May you all get some rest now that the big push is behind you…for this year!!!:):):)

Every time I buy anything with cranberries, in my mind it's your family's cranberries. 🤣 Dried cranberries? You guys. Juice? You guys. Fresh? You guys. Probably not, but I enjoy thinking it. Cranberries are just a good thing to have around.

Hi. I have a good recipe for you. 1 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup orange marmalade, 1 cup of either chopped walnuts OR chopped pecans. Mix altogether in a casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the berries burst.

I bought about 25 lbs of fresh cranberries before Thanksgiving. I froze some and canned whole berry sauce with the rest. We eat dried cranberries (craisins usually) in our oatmeal or just as a snack basically daily. Thanks for feeding my family!

Watching Warren holding his granddaughter makes me think of him in the past with seven babies! I'm asking a lot but a wonderful Christmas present you could do for your fans ( who just love you and the family) is spend one whole video showing a slide show over the years of you and Warren getting married, you pregnant with your babies, and each one when they were younger than 12 months old. That would be a lovely momento of the Brockman family over the years. All seven babies and the two grandchildren at the end. Maybe Emily could help you do this. It would be the best present for us fans this Christmas. Please???

Cranberry Relish - Using a clamp-on -the-counter meat grinder, grind with this ratio: 1 bag of cranberries, 1 orange (peel and all), and 1 apple (skin, seeds and all).
We don’t add sugar but using a good, sweet apple helps. It’s a nice contrast to the heavy Thanksgiving foods.

I have a serious question but 1st, Hahahahaha. Boy has Colt mastered the main toddler word. LOL. Love getting to share your family
Okay question. One of the stores here has a weird ad, at least the picture. We are the main producer of almonds in the world plus every imaginable stone fruit and tree nuts, but not a clue about CBs except what I learn from you. The picture shows bulk cranberries. Since ours are all shipped in from at least Oregon and probably anywhere they are grown, I'm skeptical. Are they sold bulk like that anywhere but where grown?

I don't like sweetened anything and find cranberry juice to be sweet and just a little tart. I plan to make my own unsweetened juice, dried fruit and sauce someday. I made verry lightly sweetened sauce last year but I was the only one who really liked it, ended up tossing some and should have frozen it. Thank you for such fun and informative videos.
