As Arcane main i like spellslinger more, sunfury leaning to the fire mage fantasy but i'm afraid that it will be meta for arcane because it works well for arcane burst playstyle.
Play whatever you find most fun. Meta is the most annoying thing in gaming ever. Why change how you play the game for 0.5% more possible dmg, only if you play an absolute perfect rotation? Play what you enjoy the most.
@@leocall7173 its not 0.5% for sure. But if tou arw a good player, and not pushing for World ir Realm First you can play whatever and still do good. I remember in Shadowlands paying Hunter and being Venthyr because i loved the vampire theme, and ir was the worse covenant i still did good dps and better then some Hunters. So play what you like. At the end of the day its a game that YOU are paying to play, so might as well have fun..
The difference between mage hero talents and shaman hero talents is heartbreaking lol. You can really feel that mages have 10 times the amount of devs working for them XD
That's because shaman's and hunters are worked on by the same guy...and shaman's and hunter's have had some of the worst talent tree's and just being shit classes in general for quite some time now. They really need to get rid of whoever is in charge of shaman and hunter or do something different. There should never be a point in any expansion where only one spec of an entire class is the only viable one of the 3, especially considering even when that one spec is viable, it isn't a meta spec. MM and SV Hunter have been so lackluster and very hit or miss, in a very bad way, the last few years. And from every Shaman friend I have it's either Enhancement or nothing. And even then unless Enhancement is meta or very strong, it just isn't worth the hassle for the complication of the spec when there are muuuuch better easier alternative classes.
Is it just me or do these all look pretty cool but no real change to any rotation? Even Sunfury seems like it's the same rotation or am I missing something?
Imagine phoenix pulling random packs in a dungeon 🤣🤣 As an arcane player I always loved Kaelthas (huge mistake they killed him). Having said that, sunfury still feels too fiery for my liking. We have a burning looking spec already. Hope they make it more arcane. Also these spheres look a bit weird. Feels like they're too big. I know it's for visibility but they should be smaller. And get bigger in combat. Or not, but instead we get an onscreen visual showing number of spheres like a resource. Also they should be more natural, follow the player and not just be attached like this. I wouldn't consider spellslinger atm because it looks disappointing compared to sunfury. Effects should be better.
Still waiting them give Arcane Lightning theme to Arcane Mage/Spellslinger instead of crystals, especially with "electric" names for the new talents. I love the Spellslinger mechanic, but it could embend into the target with volatile energy and then release a purple/pink Arcane Lightning spear, like lightning spear in Diablo IV. (and Arcane Barrage call down purple/pink lightning instead of spiral bolts haha)
Arcane magic has absolutely nothing to do with Lightning in the lore. Arcane mana is like the volatile 'steam' created at the intersection between Fire and Frost.
The Spellslinger tree is super bad and boring! They should redo it completly and do a Summoner Tree for the perma frost water elemental and an arcane pet
Sunfury mage NEEDS to get nerfed. Like im sorry mages but having a pet that casts essentially your hardest hitting pvp ability in pve when NO OTHER classes have something that does this AND CCs them AND increases your damage AND removes the cast time of your hardest hitting abilities is way way WAY too much

I think when you're arcane the phoenix stuff are more arcane themed, for starters the phoenix itself is purple.

In your macro, you can just put “#showtooltip” you don’t need to specify. This also helps for modifiers

1) it’s already been nerfed 2) calling for nerfs in early alpha before tuning has even started is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen
