2 g of pectin
2 g lemon juice
14g starch syrup

*Buttercream
200 g butter
60 g egg yolks
85 g milk
42 g sugar
3g vanilla extract
a little salt
*Peanut cream (for 4 cookies)
80g buttercream
120g peanut butter

*Green tea cream (for 4 cookies)
80g buttercream
5g green tea powder
55g dark chocolate
30g fresh cream
*Choco Cream (for 4 cookies)
100g buttercream
15g cocoa powder
30g dark chocolate
chocolate chips
*Blueberry Cream (for 4 cookies)
100g room temperature cream cheese
50g buttercream
Blueberry Jam 60g
*Cream Cheese (for 4 cookies)
50g room temperature cream cheese
70 g room temperature butter
7g condensed milk
24g sugar powder

*Oven temperature (based on the oven I use: Wiswell)
170 degrees 20 minutes preheat
Bake at 165 degrees 17-19 minutes
