I have a tiny Swiss Army knife that is mostly a manicure tool that is on my keychain that I use for a lot of stuff; it has little scissors, and the tip of the nail file is a screwdriver. Also has tweezers and a toothpick, as well as a sharp little knife blade. I use it more than my $100 Gerber tool.
