@@carolbarrows4930 I have all the sound on mine, but sometimes if I have my surround sound on it doesn’t work, when that happens I just use my tv speakers. It also is working fine on my iPad

I don’t know what to tell you, mine is working fine and I checked with some friends and no problem with theirs. You could try closing TH-cam and reopening it, sometimes that helps.
