Procedure
➡️First heat 2 tablespoons of ghee and add grated carrot and fry for 3 minutes.
➡️After that cover the pan and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
➡️Stir it properly and add 2 small bowls milk. Again cover it for 5 to 6 minutes.
➡️When the carrot becomes soft add 1 small bowl sugar and mix.
➡️Now add sliced almonds, cashews and pistachio.
➡️Our dish is almost ready. Now add 1 teaspoon
ghee . Serve the dessert to your family members .
