It's always good to see your riding videos. Very informative. I believe this white Jersey is your favorite Jersey, in long distance ride you always try to wear this. For long distance ride what to wear basically that points you can add too. Keep making videos to inspire us.
Nice vlog! I've been riding everyday recently and farthest I've gone so far is 37km. However, I'm on an MTB so it takes me about 2 hours and burns 1450 calories...
@@NewyorkieDog no, it is definitely important. There’s a difference between completing a 100 km ride in 2 hours and completing in 3.5 hours. Plus a heavier bike will wear you down. Why do you think so many riders start with a heavy bike and upgrade to a light carbon bike costing lakhs ! Not only the rider’s fitness but also the type of bike being use matter by large. I have a Merida hybrid and it weighs 16 kgs and I bought a road bike and it weights just 8.4 kgs I finished a 200K BRM in under 3 hours flat
@@Lone_wolf_31 lol that is 65kmph, highly doubtful you did that unless you are a pro... and you can get a solid roadie for less than a lakh with aluminum frame and carbpon forks which weigh less than 10kg
Evidently, a lot of effort has gone into the making of this video. Really helpful, Thanks!

Very easy to ride 75kms. You need a light road bike and bike fit that’s it
@@Lone_wolf_31 how much that will cost?
@ 2.2 lakhs for a carbon lightweight road bike. And bike fit will cost 3-5 thousand but I recommend you do bike fit yourself
Bike weight is almost irrelevant. Being fit is significantly more important
