Yep, you're right, these are indeed all gone. This one here is a sub 50k mile example of a long ago forgotten about box, a 1989 Chevy Cavalier Wagon. 2.0 inline 4 and a three speed auto makes it unexciting to drive, but poking around a survivor of a car that nobody kept around is fun in it's own way. Electric gate release was an option on Cavalier wagons. In fact, most of them had it as standard. I've got an 88 base model wagon and it has gate release.

The headliner, lol. I had an '85 "Type 10" Cavalier and when I got around 90k miles, the headliner did that all over. I used flat thumbtacks to keep it up until I sold it around 120k miles.

We had an 87 rally sport. Lil red wagon....loved it throughly. But it aged like a chevy from 80s.
We put it thru hell and back tho.
