I’ve recently discovered Slim Dusty through Pandora. I since set my Slim Dusty radio on Pandora and I love its combination of artists related to the Slim dusty sound. I’ve since discovered how much I love the Australian country music, or as I call it My Dover music.

I listen to literally every genre there is. From classical, to rock, to the most extreme varieties of metal, electronic, disco, music spanning centuries and from all over the world. I play multiple instruments, primarily guitar and banjo, and I also love country music as it was what got me into music from the start. Slim Dusty's music often accompanied my grandfather and I while we travelled Australia in his truck when I was a little boy. Country is one of the most authentic and interesting genres there is.
Whenever someone says "I like all kinds of music, but not country" what I hear is "I don't really appreciate music and only listen to whatever is popular on the radio."

well i hope you really understand what the an did for us all out on the land he gave the hard working man of this country a voice and without him i think we would not have got as far as we did in the bush without him the city wouldnt have the power today as he helped the the hard working bloke unwind in the bush
