The prepackaged green juices have so much sugar! Thank you for mentioning that. I still like to eat organic oats and organic rice. I do OK with that. I think everybody’s has to see what works well for them in their diet. Make modifications but don’t stress out over every little thing we eat.
If it’s grass fed or pasture raised, these are the best qualities of meat. I still like to limit my red meat intake. Including more vegetables is always the good thing for us as well. Hope you’re feeling OK.

If you like olive oil. Make your own! Blend olives! The taste and nutrition becomes alive. Stir fry using low heat and replace oils with lemon water! Works well. Taste great…fat free Anything that sizzles is fat-(. Greens and plant based sos free eliminates all of these problems. Very safe way to go if you’re concerned. Get out of food addiction!
All good recommendations, but I’d add the need to avoid all grains (rice, oats, wheat, etc.), sugar, processed food, prepackaged green juices.

As a cancer survivor too, they are finding out fat is not bad. Even saturated fat. Sugar, carbs, grains and seed oils are all bad.
The seed oils! ☠️ yes, check those labels. I’m mindful of ingredients.
