Special F-21 fighter aircraft only being offered to India: Lockheed Martin Vice President

Bengaluru, Feb 20 (ANI): American defence weapon manufacturing giants Lockheed Martin’s special F-21 fighter jet is being only offered to India, said company’s Vice President Vivek Lall. “The F-21 is a unique fighter aircraft we are offering only to the Indian Air Force. It is not going to be on offer for anyone else around the world. We have a strategic partnership with Tata on this program”, said Vivek Lall at Aero India Show.

rafale is better than eurofighter typhoon, it literally shot down an f22 raptor lmao. Plus eurofighter is built for europe nations, sure you can buy it but it is not designed for the tough challenging conditions of constantly flying over the himalayas if war does come between india and china, so terrible decision. Rafale is good because france has not sold it to many nations other than india so No overlap of tech with neighbouring enemy nations + france has been a long partner with us in warfare since we bought their mirage 2000s.

@@gobimurugesan2411 nope. Conventional war is still very much relevant as it was a century ago. There are only 9 countries with nuclear weapons. Also there's a no nuclear policy during a war imposed by UN. To destroy and also deliver nuclear weapons, fighter jets are essential

This is just a new name of F16 block 70/72. India should only look at it if they offer full TOT. It's a 3rd gen fighter and somehow they maintain to show it as a 4++ gen fighter.
I think it's a looser aircraft.

Apart from Rafale Su-30 MKI Gripen n F-18 F-21 is a state of the art Combat proven fighter. Beautiful sexy fighter with Stealth features. Lockheed Martin is serious this time. All those commenting that it's a scrap please reconsider.

A full thrust vector system on an updated F-16 frame is a great combo. You people trashing it have no idea what it's capable of doing. It will be far more agile than a normal f-16, and the F-16 has one of the tiniest radar cross sections I have personally seen.
