SBG is great on any mech with a quirk that further reduces its low cooldown. I run it on my Black Knight Partisan for 25% cooldown reduction and I maxed out the cooldown skill on top of that. Unfortunately, I do have to fight my own mech's low mounts, but it shoots *so* often.
