I worked at New Albany Country Club, as a kid’s camp counselor, then as a server. Worked the annual summer community festival held at his mansion. Went to Ohio State where the hospital and Arts Center bear his name, shopped at Easton (developed by Wexner), and frequented nearly all of the stores he had a hand in. He often dined at the country club. One of the few times I was one of the servers for his party, he tipped $200 and a case of wine, and told me I should be in Hollywood. I thought the world of that man. What a disgrace he truly is.
I kind of had the same meeting and thoughts of him. His real life passes me off to no end.
So how many kids (went missing) while you worked there? Seems like Cleveland is having a milk carton crisis as we speak. I wonder where Les is hiding?
@@joshuaedwards3322No one went missing. That I’m aware of. The filthy rich kids had very attentive and caring parents, I can’t say anything negative about the families I came to know. When Wexner dined at the club, he was always in the fancier, adults only dining room with other old, wrinkly men and their wives/girlfriends who all had about 5 facelifts a piece.

I worked for the company for nearly 8 years in technology and was in a few seller meetings with him when I worked for the company. He was generally nice, talked a lot about innovation, loved Android phones and tech in general. I never knew about a lot of the stuff until a few months before they laid us off. I respected him because he seemed approachable; would remember your name or role, and would walk around home office, wait in line for Starbucks and generally seemed approachable. The whole story is bonkers.

I worked at a Meijer Pharmacy in Columbus OH and prepped his meds. There were a couple interesting ones he was on. And he didn’t use insurance so he paid full price for them! And name brand meds at that. Every time some picked up for him they paid $1000s for a his meds. I just thought that was crazy.

It is excellent journalism on an enormous case, whose tentacles implicate so many of the 'élite'; those 'above the law', masters of business, commerce, banking, corporations, government, billionaires, royalty, presidents, scientists...the list goes on, in the heavily redacted transcripts given the court recently.
The media is implicit in not giving the case much attention. Their owners don't want to be exposed.
If Ghislaine gets a light sentence, or strangely suicides when the cctv cameras fail, well... they'll all just get away with it.
