I have heard he's chased off a lot of kids from the motel site. I can understand his frustration, particularly as this place appears to be a hotspot more than ever for urbexers and kids trashing the place. But you stood your ground Peter and explained what you were doing. You did what you could and hopefully it won't go any further.

I went here last year, that bloke told me and my brothers not to go in when we tried the front gate even when we told him we where there to take pictures and trying ti learn the history on it so we pulled into the estate behind and went over the fence on the side instead lmao

@@Scaryscooby definitely would, found a place like that with a massive bridge in the south the other week, wonder what else is there, looked overgrown.

I bet this neighbour has cleaned out materials from this place. Report him to the police to do a search warrant at his address

What a wasteful species we are. This would make great homes and acommodation but it makes more sense just to let it rot...

In the cbd we see it a lot. I’ve always said to my wife if we ever became homeless we wouldn’t be plenty out there. In the opulent areas I think it’s greed. Can build multiple homes on 1-3 joining blocks so land value is 3x the price of a house and land. This location is being subdivided not sure if the motel will go to. It didn’t look that old either.

@@awokenx Thank you for watching. How did you go with the ghost equipment? For "entertainment" im using the ghosttube app possibly with some success. I have been doing revisits and this 1 was a possible 1 to go back to. Finding places can be via google earth, web searches for permanently closed, developers dream etc, checking council public posts, word of mouth, driving past a place or being connected to a web page that share info on places even Perth WA urbex on FB
