Zach Johnson, the “Millennial Farmer” is a 5th-generation farmer who’s spent his life growing, working, and learning on his family’s farm. His wit and dry sense of humor appeal to children and adults alike. A product of the millennial generation, his appreciation of new technology blends with his old-fashioned work ethic, and he offers a unique ability to deliver his message in a way that resonates with lifelong farmers as well as those with no knowledge of agriculture.
With growing consumer awareness about where their food comes from, Zach has identified the need for an independent voice from the front lines of agriculture. Zach actively promotes agriculture by sharing his day-to-day experiences in the agriculture world while providing farmer-to-farmer education to help facilitate a collaborative conversation between farmers and the public.

You and I are blessed to be able to repair most anything that fails . I'm 62 , and if I could have afforded to pay myself the money that I would've paid someone else to repair the things that I repaired myself in my lifetime , I would be a wealthy man as far as money goes , but instead I'm a man with a wealth of knowledge , and that my friend is worth a lifetime .

I ran a 9560 for someone doing tillage a couple of years ago.. Trans went out on it also. One night at 2 am while looking for the restroom I noticed oil spraying out the front of the grille. Machine came back from dealer after new trans and they forgot to hook up the heat/ac tubes to the cab. Machine went back. Cab has to come off to fix that. He now has all Red ones. Smart man.

Hi Zach, Tara from Beaver Vineyard gave you a nice plug today. You're world famous which is great for a western Minnesota farm boy. Well done. Well done. I think I'll be using the WD-40 product you mentioned today on my garage door. It makes a big noise and complains every time if open the door. Cornstar Cole got whacked with the 90+ mph winds yesterday. Glad they missed you. - Dean from Edina

It always is something on the farm....
My dad and I worked on the baler and hay accumulator yesterday, fixing issues from the last baling. Fixed everything in record time, buttoned it up and my son runs into the accumulator with his go-kart (which I may or may not have modified so he can go twice the stock speed), bending the closing gate arm that we just fixed. At least I had the tools out already, so I treated the earlier repair as practice.
    It's always something.....often self-inflicted.

I have the liftmasters myself great openers, I added the MyQ feature to them (great little app added to my smart phone) because I got tired of having to go outside to double check the east shop door was closed. I also like the fact I can open the door for the neighbor remotely if he needs to borrow a tool.
