Sir I have doubt related to present participle, is present participle and simple present continues tense same or different please answer it .
That's the main mistake which he is making....
He is making right but you don't understand
participle majorly works as an adjective or verb.
but in present continuous tense this will always be a verb.

Ek banda, jo apni jaan bachane ke liye bhaaga, kisi dusre ensaan ko sirr par goli khaate dekhne ke baad.
"Being" here means that "someone" kisi dusre ensaan ke dwaara apne sirr par goli khaa raha tha, jab "A man" ne dekha usko.
here it is in passive voice..

*Sir, I've a doubt to have seen your video that the expression “being + V3” should be ‘the passive form of present participle’ . Because, in this situation, “the action” is ‘being performed’ (not ‘has been performed’) by someone .... And when an action is being performed by someone, we use present participle as an adjective ...then its passive form should also belong only to it, shouldn't it? .... Please, make me clear sir .....*
