Reinforce gel it's similar to clear gel. But Reinforce is special for protecting the art or design you made that can spread out the art before put the top coat on. It's also help you to protect the color and make your nail thicker .

How do they dry with so much paint and gloss??
They're gel polish. You could do 1000 layers and as long as you cure each addition, it'll be dry as a bone.
