I will only do two changes
1. instead of two nutmeg I will put 1 as the flavour of nutmeg is extremely strong.
2. Instead of regular jeera I will put sahjeera it will provide unique flavour to briyani

I use a very similar recipe, just replace the jeera with shia jeera, but a combination of the 2 would be good too. Also I add some white pepper. Great recipe!
