Even if that child/student was aiming for a law degree or even to become an astronaut. Those career paths demand most of your time, your brains ability to learn and retain vital information and a work ethic that cannot be rivelled. Ronaldo shoes the right attitudes and dedication to his craft to such a degree that anyone watching would easily be able to generate a great understanding and mold their own ambitions in the same vein as Ronaldo. He is truly inspirational to all human life. Male or female. To any genre of skillset. From any walks of life and for any legitimate reason. Ultimately, Messi is a man of natural and mesmerizing aura that people are amazed by. Ronaldo is a role model who's fans (even his haters) HAVE to respect and learn from.

Goodness me .. this just clicked to me that i guess this is the momment where Cristiano learn to have a stronger mentality no matter what, until the final whistles have blowned. Being the 3rd penalty kick taker in the shootout at the final and misses, yet his seniors shows him that he can still rely on them and that its not over until its over.
And that mentality has been passed down to him and as a senior player at old trafford once again he came back to pass them down that kind of mentality

To be honest though, he always had to be in already amazing teams and you expect him to be top scorer always being the penalty taker, freekicks taker, being in box for corners and having great creative players giving him good crosses & other types of assists.
ManUtd needed to spend big in summer 2007 to improve on already very strong squad to win ChampionsLeague 2007/08 Tevez, Hargreaves, Nani & Anderson were all massive for ManUtd that season and that doesn't even start mentioning the world class players they already had Rooney, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, VanDerSar and many more.
Sergio Ramos has won literally everything and is a defender who's scored 100+ goals and he was more important for RealMadrid in at least 2 of their 4 CL's 2014 to 2018. Ramos scored the only goals in normal time of both finals that went to extra-time 2014 & 2016 and even in 2018 although I'm not expecting anyone to praise him for it but taking Salah out of the game in that final was key and also Cristiano didn't do anything in that final Benzema scored and Bale got a brace 1of which an outstanding overhead kick.

His saves as a keeper is one that’s extraordinary…!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I saw and recall his saves here more than Ronaldo’s exploits. God bless Sir Alex too…!!! That man is a legendary coach. United is yet to recover since he retired.

Only like 3-5 of us supported utd in my year. I went to school that day and it was mad intense man i will never forget. 07/08 in my time as utd fan has not been topped imo we was unstoppable. Interestingly, Drogbs's slap caused him to be sent off in 116th minute which a year earlier was the same minute Drogba scored the winner vs ManUtd in FAcup final which was a controversial result given that ManUtd had a goal disallowed earlier in extra-time which should've at least been a penalty for Essien's foul on Giggs. Giggs would then score ManUtd's only goal in the CommunityShield a few months later vs Chelsea to help give ManUtd a win at Wembley and he also scored ManUtd's final penalty vs Chelsea in CL final & he had scored the clincher in last game of PL season again at Chelsea's expense.
And John Terry's slip cancelled out VanDerSar's slip earlier in the same match which led to Lampard's fortuitous equaliser.

Finals Penalty was a lucky one. If rain didn't interrupted, Chelsea would have scored the last penalty and won the UCL. Ronaldo missed the most crucial one. He could have 4 UCL instead of 5.
