Cold Steel also makes a 54" Training Staff from the same material, but 1.5" in diameter and 40 oz. Try to find the discontinued Ten Shin cane, for a 44" cane by Cold Steel. Or maybe you could add an extension to the tip.

i have this one and love it bro, im just hesitant to carry it into an airplane, damn airport security is gonna take it from me.....i wonder if the other coldsteel ones can be carried safely into my travels
I walked right onto a plane with it and had zero issues. Just make sure it doesn't have any sharp edges. The sharp pieces I mentioned in the videos were sanded down before boarding. They did check it for sharp edges so I belive if I hadn't done that then they would have indeed taken it.

TSA can't prohibit you from taking it on a plane. It's a medical device, and Hippa says they can't ask why you need it. Period.
Agreed but if It has noticeable sharp edges which could be used to hurt someone they absolutely can and will refuse entry until you hand it over.
