The Y-straps appeared only in December 1941. As of June 1941, the Germans did not use them.Also, your shovel is inserted into the case incorrectly. Turn it over.
My brother in Christ read a book hell a wikipedia article would even tell you they were indeed used
@ Find at least three photos of a Wehrmacht soldier using them as of June 1941. and that will be proof of their use. Wikipedia is not an argument.
