I've only heard it from Scars pov so I thought the others were exaggerating. But Tangos pov.. holy cow it's so LOUD! I didnt realize it was that noisy!
Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it is his wheelchair, because even a good one still has a lot of moving parts that can make noise if they even shift slightly. And it wouldn't even have to particularly loud for a mic/recording settings to pick it up if you had your system set to allow picking up at the specific levels it makes sounds at. That actually would also explain why Scar doesn't really hear it either unless it is specifically brought up, when you hear a sound constantly you end up desensitized to it.
@benja1378 not necessarily, as I said there is a lot you can muffle or remove in your recording settings if you know what you are doing. You also don't need to know what is making a sound to do so though it can help. If it was just a random background sound he probably adjusted his settings long ago to muffle it without knowing what made it and has since forgotten about it. The other Hermits are probably hearing it because, at least from what I understand about the mod, proximity chat takes sound directly from the mic by default, not that person's recording settup unless they set it otherwise. So unless the settings are on the mic or they have the mod going through their recording setup the others would hear everything the mic pics up without any filtering.
"He's tapping his toes" that would be impressive for multiple reasons Impulse, but sure Edit - for those saying about whether or not Scar has paralysis, I don't actually know whether he has total paralysis or not, I was making a joke about it would have to be some pretty damn furious toe tapping for Scar's mike to pick it up that clearly

Sounds to me like electronic interference, which would explain us not hearing it on his stream, but it being loud to everyone else... It's being produced on the way out of his electronic equipment and broadcasting to others.
